This “A” Class certified timber boat has been lovingly restored over many years. Rigged for racing this is an excellent club racer having raced at Saratoga Sailing club for the last 15 years. Elasari which means “Welcome Friend” in Maasai has been a well-loved boat that was restored using modern glues along chines and completely repainted using two part epoxy Norglass paint on all submerged surfaces (see photos) making this a dry boat. A completely new floor (gaboon marine ply) has been installed reinforced with cross joist providing extra support. Although rigged for racing it also converted to easy cruising (see photos) which large storage areas under cockpit seats. Elasari finished third on Handicap in 2014 NSW championships. She is a great family boat and club racer. I am happy to arrange a trial run taking her out on the water for a trial run. This package includes;
