The Hartley TS16 Association of NSW and ACT has annnounced the 61st Australian Championships will be held at the South Lake Macquarie Amateur Sailing Club [SLMASC] from the 3rd to the 9th of January 2027 and it invites all Hartley TS16 sailors to attend.

SLMASC has previously been the venue for the Australian Championships in 2007 and 2014. The club is located at 1A Sunshine Pde, Sunshine, NSW 2264 and is near the M1 expressway about 1hr 30 minutes drive north of Sydney with the closest centre being Morisset. 

Lake Macquarie is a large salt water lake near the coast and is exposed to the prevailing sea breezes. It is a popular sailing location and home to many representative Australian sailors.
